Meet Chad’s Team

I have been selling homes in North Orange County since 1988!
During that time I have completed hundreds of transactions and I know the first rule of business is to surround myself with people that have the same vision and positive attitude as I do to create an exponentially better experience for the customer. My Team is a group of industry professionals and administrators that were specifically assembled to work with me toward the common goal of exceeding all of my Client’s expectations. The primary purpose of my Team is to support me in my business and create more time for me to have direct contact with you my client. Many agents today create a team in order to hand you off the minute the contract is signed! My promise to you is that as my client you will always have direct communication with me throughout the transaction process.

Within the Team individuals specialize in their specific area of expertise, whether it’s Escrow, Title, Transaction Coordination, Interior Design or a Pre-sale Home Inspection. Catherine Prebe-Jones
Catherine moved to Yorba Linda when she was 15 years old and instantly knew it was a special place. She graduated from El Dorado High school and attended Utah Valley University. After college, she volunteered in China teaching English to primary-aged school children. Soon after she returned to the states, she married her husband, Chris, at the Richard Nixon Library. When it was time to start their family, Catherine and Chris knew they wanted to do so in Yorba Linda and moved back in 2014. They are involved parents who enjoy watching their girls play sports.

Catherine is an active member of the community. She is involved in her school’s PTA and volunteers with the Girl Scouts of America. Teaching her daughters the importance of community and charitable involvement is a priority in Catherine’s life. To excel in all of her goals, Catherine loves a healthy lifestyle where she loves to cook, practice yoga, go to the gym, and spend time with family and friends.

Beyond her profound knowledge of the local landscape along with the ins and out of the area, she has honed a keen ability to network, relate and negotiate, a combination that makes her clients’ experience positive and stress-free. Her mission is to make sure you are happy, financially secure and of course, love where you live.
