This is a testimonial of my family’s deepest appreciation to Chad Langseth for helping us sell a commercial property in Lake Elsinore. To say the very least, this transaction was complex and unusual. Also, I would be remiss if I did not mention that Chad was highly sensitive to the fact that this property was being sold by a family trust. He respected the memory of my grandparents who owned the property by taking tremendous care of us during the price setting and decision making process. He was so respectful, patient, and kind and that would have been very important to my grandparents.

I will also add that that Every “T” was crossed and every “I” dotted in the closing process… nothing was left undone! He is extremely meticulous and detail oriented, which is another wonderful quality of Chad’s.
Chad is amazing at what he does. It is also evident that he loves what he does, which makes him great! My entire family agrees! There is absolutely no one else that any of us would work with besides Chad and we look forward to working with him again after the holidays.
